Booking Policy

Bookings require a deposit in order to secure appointment space. This deposit is non refundable but is transferable if you give 48hours notice (at our discretion) Anything within this time frame means you will loose your deposit. This would also include if you were late to your appointment as we would not be able to carry out your full service. We do ask that even though you have booked an appointment & paid a deposit that you still cancel if you have to. Because you have paid a deposit does not mean you don’t have to terminate your appointment if you wish not to come. This would be classed as a no show would be responsible to pay an additional charge to cover this appointment space.

  • Cutting / Styling – £10
  • Colouring – £20
  • Hair extensions – £40 (then 50% at consultation)

To pay your deposit you can do so by the following methods :

  • Cash in salon at time of booking
  • PayPal / Bank transfer
  • Card (additional charges may apply)

Please use your FULL name as a reference.

If your deposit has not been paid your appointment will automatically be terminated.
Appointments cannot be kept as it is on a first come first served basis.
